WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
We would love to just have a list for you of cost on-line, but it does vary quite a bit depending on what system and configuration is right for your venue and event. Will one of the base systems work or will we need to customize a design? What is the venue size? What will the structure be built on? How far will we have to travel? How many days we will be providing the system/s? Feel free to contact us for a quote and we are certain you will find our prices very resonable and competitive.
HOW DO I CONTRACT YOUR SERVICES?
Contact one of our representatives listed above, tell us more about what you are looking for in detail and we'll give you a quote. If you decide our solutions are what you need we will draw you up a contract and put you on the calander.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
In most situations YES! this is for both of us. It insures our equipment will be avalible to you and covers costs we may incure in the preparation process for your event. If a deposit is required the details will be worked out in the contract
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE TO I NEED TO BOOK?
To ensure availablity the earlier the better.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
We are always willing to work with you to make your event perfect however any radical changes may be subject to additional fees that we will negotiate with you before we make any major adjustments. If an event needs to be canceled or post-poned we will do our best to work with you on refunding any deposits. There may be a fee taken out of the deposit to cover any expenses that occured in the preparation process.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes we are both registered and insured as required by law. Both promoters and the venue are also required to purchase insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances as drawn up in our contracts
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Deposits, if required are due by the negotiated date in your contract. The remainder of payment is due the day of event unless otherwise stated in contract.
